- Which server should I choose, and how does Auto work?Start with Auto: I check the connection and choose a server. If you need a particular country, choose it on the Servers screen.
- What are the servers for mobile internet and routes via Russia?On a paid plan, ordinary servers and Auto go direct or through my servers in Russia on their own. The For mobile internet group has no special advantage.
- Does UnitVPN work on mobile internet?Yes, I also look for a connection on mobile data. Start with Auto: on a paid plan I try routes both direct and through my servers in Russia.
- How do I choose a fast VPN?Speed depends on your connection and the distance to the server. I can choose a route with Auto; compare speeds with and without the VPN.
- How do banking apps and Russian services work with the VPN?Enable Russian sites directly in settings. I send their traffic directly while other connections continue through the VPN.
- How do I keep an app outside the VPN?Open Apps without VPN in settings, select the app and save. I apply the list when reconnecting.
- How do I send a connection check to support?Turn the VPN off, open diagnostics in settings and choose Check routes. Attach the finished report to the chat.
- How do I change country and check my IP?Choose a country on the Servers screen, connect and open the IP check. It shows the address seen by that check.
