What data do you store?

Running your account needs email, plan, payment, device and traffic volume data. I do not store browsing history or VPN traffic contents.

I keep account details needed for it to work: nickname, email, a protected password hash, plan, payments, devices and sign-ins.

VPN traffic accounting records volume, without visited site addresses or connection contents. Support conversations are stored separately.

Unanswered help searches are also counted separately, without an account link. Do not enter personal data there.

I also count which screens and pages you open and how long you spend there, to make the site and app more convenient. No IP address and nothing you type. To turn it off, use Usage statistics in the account settings on the site, and I erase what I already recorded. This also applies in the app.
