How do I delete my account?

Delete account is at the bottom of your profile and in website settings. Resolve any refund request first.

Deletion is permanent: remaining days, balance, devices and the subscription link are removed. The account cannot be restored.

1. Ask support about a refund first if needed.
2. Open Delete account and read the warning.
3. Complete the confirmation and type the word requested by the form.

Removing the app from your phone or computer does not delete the account.
