Wait for the next period, claim gigabytes from quests or choose a plan with a larger limit. Renewing the same plan does not reset usage.
Monthly traffic in your profile shows the reset date. The VPN may be paused until then if you have used the full allowance.
When you move to a larger plan, I apply the new limit immediately. Usage from the current period stays in the counter.
