Refresh the subscription in Happ and read the message shown instead of servers. You may need to verify email or check traffic and your plan.
Refresh the subscription manually after a payment or email verification. Once the cause is resolved, the list should appear.
The two automatic choices differ in whether Russian sites go directly. On Free the list shows only the free servers; the rest appear after you buy a plan.
Turn the VPN on and off inside Happ. If the list stays empty, send me the message it shows.
